7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

   THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". DARKNESSCITY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

   We are not liable for:

   • Loss of data, virtual items, or progression;
   • Service interruptions, bugs, or technical failures;
   • Actions by third parties or user-generated content.

   To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the last twelve (12) months.

8. Termination & Suspension

   We may modify, restrict, suspend, or terminate access at our sole discretion for violations of these Terms or any risk to the platform or community. Termination does not entitle you to any refund or compensation.
