1. General Rules:
   • age requirement for joining is 18+.
   • a working, quality mic is required.
   • It is not acceptable to use characters, gangs and past or current scenarios of other servers, but it is acceptable to be inspired by them.
   • Your character needs to have a somewhat realistic name, and must not break TOS (Terms of Service). Click Here to view them.
   • Players must follow Twitch.tv & Youtube TOS (Terms of Service) at all times.
   • Being toxic, or breeding toxicity in any platform (this includes twitch, reddit, discord, etc) can have you removed from the community at any point in time.
   • The use of names from movies, series, games, or other media is prohibited without prior approval from the server admins.
2. Content Creator Rules:
   • every streamer is responsible for his community, and in case of any problem from his community, the streamer is responsible for it. as a result, prevent your streaming environment from becoming toxic.
   • identifying and dealing with stream snipe is the responsibility of our team, and the streamer has no right to judge and comment on the person and the scenario.
   • in case of any technical problems, existence of cheater, etc., avoid making the atmosphere tense. If found, it will be dealt with.
   • any chat intervention in the role-playing process (challenging the streamer, sharing the events of another person's stream, etc.) is considered evidence by Meta Gaming and will be dealt with seriously.
3. responsibilities Of The User Regarding The Account:
   • the account is non-transferable and belongs solely to its Creator.
   • user are accountable for ensuring that their account and associated IP adhere to all server regulations.
   • the sale of accounts or in-game assets for real money is strictly prohibited and subject to server penalties. However, users may sell customized vehicles through an approved platform on the website.
   • shared accounts between players are prohibited. in the events of a ban, no appeals or protests will be accepted for any involved party.
4. Hacking And Cheating Policies:
   • any use of cheats or hacks will result in an immediate account reset and ban without prior warning.
   • players are required to report any glitches or bugs to the admin as soon as they are discovered.
   • the use of mods trainers, or any third-party programs that provide an unfair advantage is strictly considered cheating.
   • players are forbidden from keeping cheats, mods, or trainers on their systems. all such software must be completely delete before accessing the server. no protests will be accepted if AntiCheat detects and bans yor account.
   • players may use demo mods that do not provide any gameplay advantage, particularly in vehicle handling or shooting mechanics.
   • any form of bug exploitation will lead to immediate account suspension and removal of all assets.
5. Advertising Policies:
   • advertising other servers or communities within Darkness City is strictly prohibited. this includes discussing or promoting external communities or servers.
   • any attempt to advertise will result in a permanent ban.
6. Harassment and Conduct Policies:
   • Any form of verbal harassment or imposing your desired scenario on others without their consent is strictly prohibited.
   • The use of offensive and inappropriate language, especially in public spaces and in the presence of individuals with whom you are less familiar, is not acceptable.
   • Any act of sexual harassment is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate consequences.
   • Any form of racism, discrimination, or hate speech is not tolerated.
   • All content must adhere to the rules and guidelines set forth by other platforms and countries. Any content that violates these standards will result in appropriate action.

Note: By joining the Darkness City server, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these rules. Failure to comply may result in penalties, including temporary or permanent bans.
